Came here to celebrate with a friend and it was a sad experience. They had no rice so our burritos were a watery mess. They also took my order wrong and when I went to go get it fixed they rudely told me that is what I ordered.

This is not good Taco bell. In woodridge this morning the best they could do for a chicken bowl. I can not see the lettuce. Actually the meal barely managed to cover the bottom of the box.

Save your guts and avoid if you don't want to sit on the toilet for hours The food is quite bland, and doesn't feel freshly made. Serving size is quite large for money, and fast service, but doesn't make up for low quality of food and time spent on the toilet.

My mum was getting Hungry Jacks for me and decided to get Taco Bell for herself.The employees were really nice, unfortunately, there was some missing food.My mum got charged for 2 drinks instead of 1 or something, they gave her mountain dew first but then gave my mum a peach ice tea instead, because of the charge, she was given 2.I just had the chocolate dillas(?), my mum might not be going here ever again. My grandparents went here before too and haven't been there since.

I was at this restaurant at 910pm at night and I was completely impressed by a young woman named saraya. She was so helpful and attentive as we were making a lot of changes and asking a lot of questions while making our order as we are from interstate and don’t have Taco Bell. Even though she was just about to walk out finishing her shift she noticed my wife was wanting a specific drink that was out of order in the customer area machine and opted to go back into the kitchen and fill up the drink voluntarily. Not only did she do this off her own time but she was also polite and smiled and welcoming. This isn’t commonly seen in fast food industry these days so this young girl deserves a shout out. Thank you for a lovely dining experience!!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews but this will be my exception. I don’t think anything warrants a TWENTY minute wait in a drive through at 9:30 at night, with only two other cars waiting. I could see workers inside chatting away, and one just standing with a broom. To top it off my Crunchwrap (which I ordered with no sour cream - and had reaffirmed at the window) had sour cream on it. This was alongside a measly amount of chips in the chip bag. Just disappointing and I’ve learnt now to not bother.

If you like soggy crunchwraps and stale tacos this place is the spot. Music blaring away like it was a nightclub. Rushing customers out so they can continue to have their own private festival.

This taco bell is by far the best fast food restaurant in South East Qld. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff and was served with upmost professionalism. The young guy behind the counter, Bailey, was extremely helpful and even went so far to give me a fist bump as I collected my order telling me enjoy your meal ". It's a Taco Bell located in Logan right across from a pharmacy. You should already know what you're getting yourself into and what to expect. Restaurant itself was actually really good. Food was hot and tasty by cheap fast food standards, place was clean. The staff were friendly and cheerfully yelled out when my kid rang the bell near the door. But yeah the carpark outside. Might wanna pack your Kevlar vest for that one. 10/10 would recommend.
