The flavour of the food is very bland. I think they need to add a lot more spices to their curries as I’ve been here twice and been very disappointed.. Indian food should be rich and flavoursome and this was tasteless. The garlic naan was also lacking garlic.. if Kasims changed their recipes to add a bit more flavour and jazzed the place up a bit it would be so much busier and popular.

Extremely poor food and service. Prices on the high side but within reason.Waitresses didn't seem to understand a word of English.Chicken tikka was bland, chewy and flavorless. Lacked the characteristic tandoor flavour of a good tikka. Lettuce was limp, carrots weren't even peeled properly. They charged double to have both garlic and cheese on naan bread and the result was frankly awful - no garlic flavour whatsoever, and dry and flat bread. The centrepiece, though, was the butter chicken - I tried asking for a one with as much chilli as possible, and was rewarded with seemingly none whatsoever. This was the least hot thing I've ever tasted, and the chicken seemed to be indistinguishable from the tikka chicken - like they're recycling the same batch of chicken across every dish. This was hands down the worst Indian experience I have ever had - by far. I'm going to have to give them the lowest rating I've ever given a restaurant - 11.5 thumbs up.

After 8 years of living in the area we finally got around to trying Kasim's, and I wish we'd tried it earlier. The food was excellent and we were super happy with our choices. Can highly recommend the chicken jalfrezi and garlic naan.

I have never had bland Indian food ever. Until now! The chicken tikka masala had almost ZERO flavor to it. The tomato source was not that at all. it was watered down so much and had no flavor. The chicken was not tikka chicken. I feel the chicken was just put into the watered down source. I will not be buying from this place again.

Indian dishes are very nice so whenever I am in a new place I have to try the new restaurants. The Beef vindaloo is very good I asked for very hot it was as I ordered. My take away meal was excellent. I'm yet to try anything else but will definitely return.

We’ve been avoiding this place since moving to the area during lockdown 2020. But after having had the longest and most harsh lockdowns worldwide we’ve finally broken our brains and wanted to entertain the idea of Kasims. How right we were to avoid this restaurant.#wherethezerostarsat?

Bland food, cannot taste any ginger/garlic or any appealing spices. Daal tasted only of clove and biryani is just a pilaf. Masala tastes like poorly cooked onion paste.
