Mind Matters Psychology Mackay
Undoubtedly, everyone experiences widely different troubles. For myself personally, it had been just as troubling to even find the right help and guidance. Anna was recommended to me by a close friend, and even now - almost 11 months since I last spoke with her - I cannot express how grateful I am for the help she has given me. Mind Matters Mackay motivated me to own my mental health and wellbeing, and I can say with confidence that I am a consequently better person.

For myself, I had difficulties during covid 19 restriction and before it to find a right help when I first relocated myself to Mackay for a new job.Anna is very understanding and caring. She is easily approachable. She respected my family culture and how hard it is to balance life and work. She has given advices on how to balance life and work and how to manage teaching stress etc... Her strategies worked and have improved my EQ( Emotions) overtime. I cant thank her enough. If you have difficulty just like me to talk about your issues with others, you wont regret talking to her.
