Wow what an experience. A terrible one of that. Didn’t get bond back as had to have a service call, after hours for a broken sofa that wouldn’t open! Property manager was extremely rude. Won’t give me refund when the bed was faulty and obviously we need to sleep. All appliances were old, dirty and scratched. Definitely do not waste your money, also your stress levels on this poor waste of a complex. If I could post pictures I would and you would be shocked. The thing is they have no consideration for customer service when we’re the consumer! Hope they lose business as they don’t deserve any decent reputation. I was not told of a service call out fee by the property manager via phone call prior to the service call as he states. Lies lies lies

Great rooms the team fit a group of 12 in at late notice after our Stayz cancelled last minute. Would highly recommend

We've yet arrived, but already we have been knocked back on refunds twice.This was despite not being able to travel, then travelling to QLD, then finding the same room for significantly less on another website, yet this hotel won't budge on anything. Not great customer service especially under the current circumstances!

2 week stay. Amazing ocean view. Very helpful receptionists!

Called up very last minute to replace our booking with another company which was to foul to spend a night in, the team at holiday holiday were very helpful very clear, and had exceptional customer service.And the accomodation was clean! Great job, very impressed.

Staff were wonderful at HolidayHoliday very helpful. Apartment was lovely & clean, beautiful views 35th floor. I am in a wheelchair & the apartment was very spacious had no problems accessing shower & toilet, will definately being going back again as it hard to find places for people in wheelchairs.

We stayed on their 41st floor apartment for 4 nights in April 2019. The unit's fire sprinkler pipe burst whilst we were out and most of or stuff sunk in water and damaged. We claimed the damage and hurdle but did not receive any compensation whatsoever not even laundry service!They begged not to put any poor reviews on airbnb at the time reassuring us that we will give a refund for all of the damage. We didn't know at the time about Airbnb's 2 week review deadline and believed they will get back to us according to their follow up calls. But no response after that 2 week period really and we were left with the damage.I have lost faith in the manager's attitude really and wouldn't recommend anyone trusting them either.

The Hotel is a scam, Poor Reception when Inquiring about Bond and Check-in. Kept Talking over me and my Partner. The Hotel deliberately sabotages your stay so that you do not get your bond back. Upon arriving at the apartment we took photos of all the things that were broken and still didn't get our bond back when submitting the photos. will be reporting this company to Tourism Australia as they have exceedingly poor reception and are not trained to handle any sort of customer service. further more Lily" at reception made my partner cry as she was incredibly rude and refused to search up anything about our booking and called my partner a liar and that we must of booked with another company until I called up. throughout our entire conversation I did not once be disrespectful towards the reception and handled it in a mature way. I do not advise staying here"

My husband and I stayed on the 30th floor in August 2019, for 14 days. The service we received and views were amazing... On arrival was advised our dishwasher was faulty and getting serviced the following day (which was done first thing). Had an issue with some noisy guests at 2.30am and security were prompt to assist. Thank you and see you again soon...
