Crazy amount of people in store for Boxing Day sales. The staff were friendly and helpful and even though there were sales they kept the shop clean, tidy and stocked. Well done

This store uses misleading advertising; it has big signs about small prices. But the truth is, the prices come with a condition written in small print you can't read without a magnifying glass. But you only realise it when you get to the cash register, Then they tell you unfortunately you have to pay full price. You only get the discount if you buy two of the same size or from the same section of the shop". Unbelievable. They stood their ground and chose to not sell me the two discounted pieces as I protested. I only bought one of them and will never go there again."

Horrible experience in store as a customer. Please try to avoid it by all means. I bought a T-shirt in original price. They only accepted exchange not refund. The cashier has not told me that they don't accept refund but a post standing there that you easily ignore it. The manager was very rude and arrogant. She even threatened us that she would call police to expel us in front of my 6 years old daughter. My daughter was horrified and cried non-stop. The other staff standing there all gave us a cold look. Living in Sydney for 15 years, I have never ever experienced this before.
