I bought an ex display king bed frame from Interior Secrets and upon assembling realized that the dimensions on the website do not match the description due to which my mattress, sheet and quilt keeps moving or coming off.I immediately contacted Interior Secrets, and was advised that they could not exchange or refund or compensate anything as it is an ex display product. The attitude from day 1 was to neglect my request even to repair or suggest any alternatives.Being misled by a store is not a nice feeling and their customer service support is unapologetic and won't be helpful at all. This has to be the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I do not recommend them and will not be shopping from Interior Secrets ever again.

Some supply chain issues on delivery lead time. However, as the customer service team advised of the delay, it was understandable and once the item arrived, it was lovely. Thank you for taking customer satisfaction seriously. I felt heard & it was easily resolved. Thanks again Jennylou

We purchased the Dominic Buffet - Walnut on a recent trip to Melbourne. It was delivered to Adelaide quickly without any problems and we have had many comments on how beautiful it is. We use it as a TV entertainment unit under a Frame TV.

Shop at your own risk!!!! Beware of their sneaky / misleading wording and hidden conditions in their refund policy which they appear to think is clear to customers; my item said ‘qualifies for returns’ however lengthy hidden clauses basically removes any chance of you being able to return an item you’ve purchased online. After multiple emails and little assistance, I had to request for a store credit as a final resort to which they obliged. Recommend you shop elsewhere - Many of their items are available at other stores that offer better customer service and returns support if something doesn’t work out. Josh was unfortunately condescending and rude in his dealing with my situation. Had one bad experience with them a few years back, thought I would give them a second chance and deeply regret it.

It's a beautiful, solid coffee table. Have been using it for a month now. No complaints. It's a cynosure of our living area.

Poor quality! They sent me a damaged coffee table and replaced it with the even worst one! When they sent the replacement, the service was great, and it was imminently dispatched with express delivery, but they didn't check if the item was in good condition to be sent out. So disappointing! Don't put too much hope.

Many thanks Interior Secrets for your efficient delivery of my new green armchair, now ensconced in my bedroom. And for it arriving sooner than I expected. Delighted with the design and colour, although my photograph doesn't do either of these justice. Such a comfortable piece of furniture...

I ordered 3 bedside tables online but had difficulty adding a discount voucher so I rang. Spoke to a very friendly sales person who quickly assisted me. Products were delivered within a couple of days and I’m really pleased with the quality. Loved that no assembly was needed.Professional friendly service.

I placed an order and have had the time frame of delivery changed on me 3 times. My order was placed in September and after being told it would arrive in December and then February I have now been notified it won’t arrive until May. I understand that due to the climate we are in post Covid there will be delays from time time to time but waiting over 9 months and potentially even longer to receive a piece of furniture is extremely disappointing. I must say that the customer service is quite prompt and they do get back to you quickly after an enquiry

Rhiannon was absolutely amazing! I touched base this morning with a few questions and within an hour had a clear response to all of them. I had a bit of back and forth and the responses were all bright, helpful and mostly within about 15 mins!I now have a dining room table ordered and couldn’t be happier to have ordered it through interior secrets. With customer service like this, I would happily poach Rhiannon to work with myself!
