I had been looking for a solution to the condensation caused by the shower in the bathroom for some time. The fan did little to stop the condensation on the walls and only transferred it into the ceiling cavity as it isn’t vented externally. The Showerdome was installed last week and, as you can see, it’s very discreet. I’m very happy with the way it works. It feels strange to step out of the shower into a dry room, but that’s exactly what I wanted – no more condensation marks on the walls, fogged up mirrors or windows and no need to run the ineffective fan. The fitting was done promptly and efficiently by the friendly Showerdome staff. Great job – highly recommended!

I bought a shower dome a few months back, and the novelty hasn't worn off! I love it. It does exactly what the company said it would - I can have a lovely shower and the bathroom doesn't have ANY condensation. I almost didn't post a photo, because . . . you just can't see the dome on top of the shower. Oh, and it was easy to install. I'm recommending shower domes to everyone who has a shower!

I had high hopes for this product and was not disappointed. It really is awesome. for the life of me I don't understand why you cannot buy showers configured this way. NO condensation in the bathroom, warmer in the shower, everything it says on the box. Plus it has stiffened our slightly wobbly shower enclosure remarkably well. Cutting tip - after several stressful experiments (on scrap acrylic) I found that the best way to cut it was an angle grinder with a 1mm metal cutting blade. If there is ANY risk of an out-of-square shower MAKE A TEMPLATE! It's much easier to modify cardboard....

I've had recurring mildew on the underside of the ceiling surrounding the extractor duct of my bathroom. I ordered and installed the Showerdome myself. It looks good and solves the issue of steam / mist in my bathroom after a hot shower. Shampoo holders and other hooks can still be hung off the top of the shower frame under the Showerdome. There will be a small gap between Showerdome and top of the shower frame, but this does not affect containment of the steam as the bathroom mirror remains clear and does not fog up after a hot shower.

We had a mold problem on the ceiling with teenagers and long showers. Chose a dome and the steam is gone. I wondered if steam would leak out the door gaps but not to be. Probably the same cost as getting and electriian to install a bigger fan but has no running costs or foggy mirrors. It is also inconspicuous so wont detract from the look of your bathroom. I had quick, friendly, helpful service and installed it myself with ease using the great instructions. If you're in Melbourne's NE suburbs you can even arrange pick up to avoid delivery costs.

Fantastic product that does exactly as advertised.We no longer need to turn on the bathroom fan (which did not stop the mirrors and walls from getting damp in a Melbourne winter) or the bathroom heater (the heat mostly just went up and out the fan hole in the roof anyway).The shower cubicle is now nice and warm, and when you turn the water off it stays warm so you can comfortably dry yourself. Then, when you are dry and step out into the cold bathroom it does not feel as cold because you are not wet!
