Mister Fixit....no problem too big or too small. Been using John for years to undo issues and supply new units.Best place for problem solving and follow up by far......and the therapy is priceless. :-)I have no idea how his wife puts up with him,super patient, anybody who sees the bad side of her must really deserve it.

I went to Jon with a computer that was dead in every way, shape and form just looking for a diagnostic as every time i tried to fix it, i just made things worse. After telling me off extensively, he handed back it back a week later working better than it ever has. He went several extra miles to ensure i couldnt break it again. Its hard to express how above and beyond he went and i cant recommend him enough. I always thought i knew computers but jon has banned me from fiddling with it and did everything to have me set up and ready to go at an unbeleivably reasonable price. 6.7/5 stars
