I highly recommend Scarlett Music mostly for their excellent customer service. I had bought a Cole Clark Angel 2 online from Scarlett Music and had it delivered in Feb and unfortunately after unpacking and checking over the guitar I noticed a hairline crack where the back and sides of the guitar are glued together (very easy to miss if you weren't looking for defects). After getting back in touch with my sales rep and sending photos, he took it up with Cole Clark (they also have really good customer service) and it was agreed that they would take it back and repair the guitar - I checked with the ACCC and for minor defects companies have the right of repair or replacement. I accepted that it would be repaired but was later surprised with an email saying they will ship me a brand new one instead of the original guitar being repaired. Because of how my purchase/return/replacement was handled I have no reservations in purchasing from them again.Great work Scarlett Music.

I visited Angus at Scarlett Music last weekend to purchase a new PA. I received fantastic customer service, a great price and loved the old school nature of the store. Will definitely be back.

My newly ordered piano had a dead key on arrival. I know these things are pretty rare but Kyal helped me get the repair done.The whole process took longer than expected but Kyal was amazing throughout.He constantly followed up with the different parties involved and kept me updated. He even gave me his email address to contact him directly.He was always very friendly and professional and made me feel that he was personally as eager to get this sorted as I was. I had no doubt that I was being advocated for so at no point did I mind the wait.When I advised him that the repair centre was a fair drive for me, he promptly arranged door-to-door pickup and delivery for me.What a legend.

Was looking to upgrade my sons guitar but being left handed there was nothing in stock elsewhere.they had the particular one I was after.. I purchased an ESP LTC EC-256 (Snow White) from Scarlett Music.I received the guitar without any issues. After about a year (before the end of the warranty period) I noticed the some fairly severe (patchy) discolouration of the paintwork. I've contacted Scarlett Music about it. They referred me to ESP, who in turn referred me back to Scarlett Music.I followed up with Scarlett Music a few times. Someone at Scarlett Music assured me they would follow up with ESP. It's been about a month and I haven't heard back.So in summary, great if you don't have any warranty issues but if you do, you might not get support.
