We made an appointment with a 'senior' specialist. When we arrived, Kevin decided our tax return was too complicated and we needed to book in for a long session. Arrived for the long session as advised but the incompetent and lazy Kevin decided he didn't have time to do it. He said it was too complicated and didn't know how to complete our tax return. He is meant to be the senior tax accountant, specialising in tax returns and couldn't complete our tax return. Wasted our time and turned us away TWICE!

I really hate doing tax and find H&R Block pretty good. I have seen people who do their own tax get stung pretty bad with tax deductions they should never have claimed. Best go to an accountant. Seeing an accountant is tax deductible as well, so why not?

Very quick preparation and processing of my tax return (salary, share trading). The pricing turned out a bit higher than I expected but it was on par with competitors. Good experience overall.

My second year with this H&R Block Leicchardt office, they still provide the same high level of services. Kevin is really professional, reliable, efficient and answers all your questions. I've been using H&R Block (Leichhardt) for many years. Kevin and his team are fantastic. Not only does Kevin work very hard to get the best return for you, he also answers any tax related questions you may have prior to the end of financial year. This makes tax-time very easy. He’s professional, reliable, friendly and most of all very responsive, which is very rare in his profession. I no longer live around the corner from his office in Leichhardt but I still use his services – which should speak volumes.

I've gone to see Kevin for the last 3 or 4 years, I refuse to go anywhere else. He is highly professional and experienced and takes all the stress out of tax time. I tell him every year I'd be lost without him. Thank u for all your hard work year after year.
