Brought a pair of pants in to get shortened, after one wear and one wash, hem came undone. Brought back and explained that before it was shortened I had worn them before and it washed a handful of times and original hem did not budge. Asked for it to be fixed, they refused to get it fixed without charging me. Very bad workmanship, unfair and very unreasonable. Take your clothes elsewhere, if you want it to be cared for.

Located in the arcade walk fare. Have used this service for a very long time. The service from the husband wife team is discreet and friendly. The basics like jeans and pants, sleeves on shirt were done well. Unfortunately the alterations and quality slipping over time.Previously I had a sequence dress needing some hemming and pinning over the bust and shoulders on this occasion and material left visibly damaged, ruined the evening dress, no fix available as I did not check upon leaving.Check before leaving.
