Emelie is such a gorgeous asset to your store. Knows the products inside and out, helped me with finding a new product to try, she was just so lovely and friendly, even recommended getting a facial in store (which I didn't know was even an option!).

Absolutely APPALLING service at Chanel Chermside. The middle aged assistant was standing next to the counter with her back to the store and surrounded by cardboard boxes- I thought she was a courier given what looked like deliveries and that she was scrolling on her mobile. I was one of two customers in the store. The assistant who was doing a customer's makeup had to leave her customer and interrupt the one on her mobile to tell her I was there. She approached me and said ‘Sorry I no see you’ -understandable as she had her back to me. I told her I had tried two of the fragrances and couldn’t decide which one to buy and asked if they had any samples so I could take them home and try. She said ‘Oh’, went to look out the back, returned and said ‘Sorry, we no have’. I left the store annoyed, walked 20 metres into David Jones, got great service and bought both 100ml fragrances. $510 sale gone begging.I won’t be returning.

I wanted to treat my niece for her 21st birthday and was prepared to spend money but the experience was so horrible it gave us no other option but to shop somewhere else. The customer service is terrible.
