Dead roaches dirty rooms,some nice people but unpredictable environment due to substance abuse . Homeless village .free washing machines. Dirty public areas.

Horrible place to stay. Doors don’t lock, windows don’t open. Blankets and linen not washed and not to mention to roof caving in. Can’t believe they’re still running. At least fix the no lock on the door?

Great we could find accommodation at the last minute, not so great when we found out why it was available at the last minute. Staff were lovely, but the owner needs to seriously think about doing some basic inexpensive maintenance eg.holes in the walls, cleaning windows, a fresh coat of paint, perhaps musty stained carpet is replaced. (nothing really to do with the age of the place or the budget nature) The friendly mouse that came to visit in the evening was a bonus but the last straw. Time to move on...

This place is absolutely terrible!! My husband and myself were permanent resident of this motel. Tell we were told with minimal noticed that we had to move out as it's holiday season. Leading up to the date we had to move out we had to go away for a few days and when we returned all our belongings where packed up and were on the doorstep. There was stuff packed in with rubbish. When I spoke to the owner Garry he had told me that he thought we had moved out as we weren't there and told me that he tried to contact me which he didn't what so ever. He told me he got one of his cleaners to do it. I noticed that there was a few things missing from what was just pretty much thrown out the door. After going through our stuff we noticed that there was a lot missing from my wedding rings to dream catchers. When speaking to Garry he said he would speak to the cleaner and then later tells me that the cleaner had the dream catchers but that's all(i find that hard to believe) he is now demanding that I pay $500+ in rent and cleaning fees!! Oh and did I mention the mould in the bathroom and on the roof..

This property needs some serious renovations. It feels like you are living in a room that was built in 1900s. So many bugs in the room, dirty bedsheets, stinking bathrooms, age old curtains. I had to kill some spiders hanging on ceiling upon check in to ensure my daughter that it is safe.Pets are allowed. Though Google says that it has air conditioning, it doesn't. And it gets really hot in summer. They provided one cheap $10 fan from kmart which was not enough for the room with 5 beds. At least provide decent fan.Having said that the location they have got is very nice. Bar Beach is just down the road.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We would never recommend staying here.The price is ridiculous for what it offers. Stains, hairs and dirt under the pillows and on bed sheets. In heinsight, staying in our car for the night would have been much more pleasant.The main reason it was so awful was the COCKROACHES that took over the room, there were already dead ones on the floor when we entered. Save your money, do not pay for this motel.

Sadly in need of much serious maintenance, and serious upkeep. They do not provide bin liners. Garbage bins were overflowing onto the ground. Dodgy plumbing but the water is hot, thankfully. Don't expect to swim in the pool as it is covered over, dirty and the grass around it has not been mowed in months. Resident rats that go onto the doorstep of the office door to greet you as you approach :(The roadside appearance belies the condition of the rooms .

I stayed here 4 years ago. The sheets on the bed looked like they hadn't been washed between guests; I found dirt and hair on them and what might have been mould. The room was fine if a bit small, but it was also somewhat dirty.

Putrid. Pillows more solid then Dwayne the Rock Johnson. I could've chopped vegetable on those things if it weren't for the mould. Ecotel, more like Ecohell
