Neil's service is amazing ! I came in with major foot pain and I walked out feeling way way better even with a temporary fix he gave me before my orthotics were made. The turnaround was super fast and when I stepped into them, I squealed this is like putting my feet into a 5 Star Luxury Resort!". I was referred to Neil at the Foot Alignment Clinic by my Physio after over a decade of back problems that Chiros, Physios and Sports Therapists haven’t been able to resolve. I have had orthotics in the past but they were clearly not made correctly as Neil was able to identify specifically what was causing my problems and provide a solution that within a few weeks completely eliminated my back pain. I have been pain free now for over 6 months and just went back to get a 2nd pair made. Neil and the team are fantastic and I can’t recommend them more highly.

Neil saved me.A skilful man that builds in a simple and practice way the missing alignment around your feet. He does not mess you around with a pre-done standard formula, but with common sense. In my case, my poor alignment had given me so much trouble running (and I adore running).With Neil's insole, I have now completed a few ultra distances.Everyone is not perfect, but luckily enough we have Neil to help us.

The crew at the Foot Alignment Clinic are a dynamo team. Neil’s revolutionary design in assessment and orthotic construction have made a world of difference to me, my mum and my partner. I always tell people to go to them if they have any kind of issue that could be related to their feet! Professional, friendly and do a fantastic job of explaining and showing their process to you. I first came to them in 2019 and won’t go anywhere else!

Lenore treated my ingrown toenails, calluses and cracked heels. She was so friendly to deal with and the whole process was so pain free and actually quite relaxing. It was my first time visiting a podiatrist and worth every cent (and they are quite reasonably priced too). My feet feel like I’m walking on clouds, so glad to have visited, thank you Lenore!

Neil and his team have fitted both of our daughters with orthotics. He is extremely professional and knows his stuff. Neil is great with kids and his team always follow-up with us after an appointment to see how the girls are going with their feet. I would definitely recommend his services to others.
