I really enjoyed completing the Diploma of Interior Design through the Interior Design Institute. The style and flexibility of study were perfect for me; with two young kids and working three days, meant I could manage my own time and study when it suited me. All of the resources were easily accessible and easy to use, and my tutor was so helpful and knowledgeable. If a course like this was not available, there is no way I would have achieved my dream of becoming an Interior Designer and starting my own business, so thank you, Interior Design Institute.

I have thoroughly enjoyed studying with IDI. It has been such a great experience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking into studying something new. I originally signed up with IDI in 2011 to complete my certificate course, but at the time, I wasn't sure which direction to take. When Covid19 impacted my work situation recently, I decided to study again and knew I wanted to go back with IDI. I still had this desire and passion for Interior Design, and when I learnt that I could upgrade my qualification to a nationally recognised diploma, I was so excited and immediately applied.The flexibility of the self-paced course was so helpful to me, especially since becoming a first-time mother and juggling a newborn came with some challenges. I was able to complete the course at a comfortable pace, and doing the Diploma also expanded my knowledge and practice giving me new skills and abilities that I hadn't learnt the first time. Now that I have completed the course, I feel confident with the skills I have gained to kick-start a new career in Interior Design. This has been such a great investment, and I am so pleased with my achievement. Thank you, IDI, for all your support and helping me discover my creative side!

After deciding on a career change into interior design, I stumbled upon IDI and ended up enjoying it way more than I expected!The course is well-structured, and each module was easy to read and understand. Assignments were practical and focused on preparing you for the real world, whether you decide to start your own business or look for a job in the field. The best part is how the course was completely online and self-paced, with a supportive tutor to guide you along the way.After completing the Certificate course, I'm motivated and ready to commit to my career change into interior design. I've even decided to sign up for the Diploma course with IDI!Definitely recommend IDI, especially if you're looking for a stepping stone into Interior Design!

I loved the flexibility of being able to do the learning at a time that suited me. Support was available from either my tutor or the student admin team to help me if I had a question or needed advice on what to do. The learning materials were easy to follow and very informative for a new interior designer such as myself. The feedback from my tutor was helpful in supporting my development and improving my skills along the way. Very competitively priced too, and could pay in installments. I would definitely recommend this Diploma course!

I had a great time studying with the Interior Design Institute. I love how you can go at your own pace and study the whole course online. I have learnt so much and now feel very confident entering the Interior Design industry. My tutor Sophie was very helpful and gave great feedback at the end of each assignment. I could not recommend the Interior Design Institute enough! Now that I have completed my Certificate, I can't wait to complete my Diploma.

I've been waiting for the day I would complete the diploma course and head off somewhere to gain more knowledge, improving my creativity towards Interior Design. The Interior Design Institute is not only the place for me to learn all the things that have to do with interior design but also the life skills that I never thought I would need to succeed in the field. It's like a teacher that I never knew I needed so much in my life. Not to exaggerate, but I felt like the trainers or whoever has compiled this information into the module chapter notes have truly understood the struggles of an interior designer. He/She has shared with us the Dos and Don'ts" when it comes to better improve yourself in the field. For that

I have always been interested in interior design, and after many years of hoping to do a course one day, I finally got around to enrolling with The Interior Design Institute. I have found the certificate course to be extremely interesting and informative, and I’ve learned many new skills. It has opened up a whole world of creativity which is very different from my previous work but very exciting and fulfilling.The course is well paced and structured for thorough learning of new concepts. The student support team and tutor, Savitri, were excellent in their help and encouragement.When I look back to the beginning of the course, I have come a long way and have learned so many new things, and I am now feeling much more confident in the world of interior design.I am now in the process of studying one of the advanced modules, Home Styling, and this is also thoroughly informative and exciting.I would highly recommend this course to anyone, even if you are a complete beginner. I was, but after twelve modules feel I now have a comprehensive foundation knowledge of interior design.

The Interior Design Institute Diploma has been a wonderful experience for me. I thoroughly enjoyed all of the modules, and the assignments ensured you had a good grasp of the information. Being an online Diploma was essential for me, given I reside in a regional area, and I needed the flexibility to study when it suited me, given I'm still running around after two young children! The tutors were lovely, prompt to respond and provided good feedback. The information provided was thorough, and it was great to be able to create an online portfolio as part of the final module. The Facebook page is a great resource, also allowing students to connect and ask each other questions and offer assistance. Overall, I highly recommend the Diploma for people interested in pursuing a career in interior design.

The Interior Design Institute allowed me to complete the Diploma on my own time as I was unable to commit to 2/3 years of full-time study at a university.The course itself is informative, interesting and digestible, allowing you to proceed with no significant leaps of difficulty.Some aspects really challenged me, but all help you would need can be found online.My tutor and the staff have been very helpful, making the whole experience as seamless as possible.By the end of the course & working part-time in the industry, I am now ready to begin a new full-time career that I'm passionate about.

Overall I couldn't be happier (and prouder) in completing the Diploma of Interior Design through the Interior Design Institute. I learnt vast amounts of information and was able to tackle the course at my own pace. As a mum who works full-time, I really needed to commit to evening/weekend study, but I managed well, and it was a really enjoyable study/learning. It was also really satisfying to tick off each module and progress through the course, which is aesthetically pleasing and easy to understand. Thanks, IDI, for this great learning experience!
