So far nothing puts them in front of other builders , no incentives , the deposit for plans etc does Not come off the final build price as with most builders, very vague about costs but we will see if first impressions are anything to go by soon enough.

We recently built with this builder (handover 10 months ago). Their communication and defect resolution is near non existent. Here we are 1.5 years after first raising major concrete slab defects and I can not even get a response from the builder. The engineer acknowledges the issues and the builder will not resolve in a timely manner.
