Flower Train

Ordered 2x bouquets a week in advance for Mother’s Day, the lady who took the order was helpful and noted down the colours I requested for each. I specifically asked for one bouquet to include some blue flowers with payment done upfront. She showed me the type of blue flower they would use. When I arrived in the morning, another lady brought out the bouquets, neither of them had any blue. When I asked if there was a mistake, she said “sorry, we don’t have blue”. I understand there may have been some sourcing issues on the day but to me this is not delivering the service they said they would + the paper/crepe the flowers were wrapped in were crumpled which they agreed to change. Not too happy given this was a custom order.

Bought some flowers for a special occasion and I have to say, they were stunning! They were fresh and very nicely arranged. And the staff were polite and nice!I'm confused by the previous reviews as they are mostly negative. It's definitely not the experience I had.I will definitely visit the team at Flower Train again.

I have been there 3 times only because it was at a convenient location next to Coles. The first time, I bought a bouquet and that was the only time I was allowed to select the flowers. It was so roughly wrapped that I had to open it and fixed it all myself. Even though I was on a mission to buy nice flowers the second and third time, I had to walk away empty handed and drive further away to another store because of the poor customer service. I prefer other florists nearby as I find them a lot more approachable and they charge more fairly. For the second and third time, the florists did not allow me to choose the flowers I want and refused to tell me the size of bouquet I will get for $120. I was only allow to pay the money and tell her what colour I want in the bouquet. She said she cannot tell me what flowers will be in the bouquet and I have to take whatever they give me. I will not go there again, there are many more florists elsewhere who actually care and want returning customers.

I buy from Flower Train at least once a month, sometimes more. They have the most amazing arrangements in the Hills District. Every time I go there, the staff are friendly and happy to help. They have even done wreaths for my school at a discount to support ANZAC and Remembrance Day. Highly recommended and always excellent products.

Bought a bunch of sunflowers today. They were slightly dripping, so she completely re did the paper wrap for me. She put lots of care put into displaying and wrapping the bouquet

Unfortunately, spent a $100 to have a bouquet made today. Unfortunately, almost all the flowers were wilted, and leaves had holes. I was in a rush when collecting the flowers, so didn’t notice it in the store.For that price you would expect fresh flowers and a bit care of which ones are selected.So sad, imagine giving your loved ones wilted flowers for their special occasion.

I wish I had read other reviews before I chose to go to the Flower train. I went there because it’s the only florist in Castle Towers. I went to order a bouquet and was told the minimum spend is $65. I explained my request and even showed photos for inspiration. I was then asked what’s my budget, I was a bit startled because I have never been asked this question by other florists. I then said $75 assuming that I will be charged somewhere between $65-75. Then the lady put $75 in the eftpos machine for me to pay.When I picked up the bouquet eventually, it was nothing like what I have asked for and in fact I felt ripped off. I didn’t argue and reject the bouquet because one can argue flower art is subjective.Lesson learnt, I would rather travel to other florists next time knowing they would do a much better job.

Would give minus stars if I could. Rude, unhelpful staff. I was a regular customer having spent good money, but will not be any more. Apparently I can't buy a few bunches of flowers and have an arrangement made. You buy the flowers ' as is' and leave. I did see another staff member making an arrangement for another customer.though Avoid at all costs. Better off buying flowers from a petrol station. I though businesses needed customers, apparently not Flower Train.

I got a bouquet from them recently where I told them that it had to be bright and good with cats - They were incredibly accomodating and put together something incredibly beautiful :) will definitely be back!! Thank You

I love browsing this little bit of heaven in an otherwise busy shopping centre. The girls are relaxed and very helpful and never fail to put a smile on my face. They have always catered for all my requests and are reasonably priced.Their work is modern and beautiful, but the real winner is their stock is FRESH! Like lasts longer than any other florist I’ve been to.Thank you. You are an asset to the hills.
