Lundys Edge and Veg.
If you want your knives blunter than when you brought them to be sharpened then Lundy is your man. Basically stuffed all the edges on the knives I had hoped to get sharpen, a 2 second run across an electric grinder with no consideration of each knife's edge was enough. Have taken the knives to the Knife shop to get the edges fixed at least they use a water sand stone. Hopefully the edges haven't been totally stuffed by this clown
