Both my parents did a home based sleep study so I attended the appointment with them. Jeremy the consultant there explained everything and demonstrated it all so concisely. Now my father is on CPAP Therapy under Jeremy's guidance and I've booked my husband in for a sleep test. The support & service has been incredible from all involved at Air Liquide! 10/10

Terrible customer service.I have tried over several days this week to talk to someone about status of the repairs on my machine and no one is returning my messages.I can get through to their national call centre but all they can do is leave messages for the Bondi Junction store. Still no response.Very unprofessional.***6 July 2022 update***I was able to finally speak to someone at the Bondi Store and they followed up with ResMed. Replacement machine has been sent.Thanks Jeremy for following up.

Jeremy has been absolutely amazing, he has been very patient and understanding. He has ensured my father has had the best experience and ended up with the right machine and mask for him. I would highly recommend him
