Good maintanence for cleanliness and damage control, how ever the fridge management of tenants are sometimes unfair, it would be better if each tenant is allocated equal space. Other than that the place is cozy.

As a resident of this place since Feb 2023, I've been amazed by this Uni Lodge compared to my previous apartment.Chris being the most honest and loving person I've come to meet, he tells us countless times of how old this building is but he won't talk about the spectacular views across the city from the 8th floor kitchen, the hard working people and the smiles at the reception.There's always something to envy about this place apart from the closest location to the Melbourne Uni where I go to attend classes. The rentals are very low and the courtyard and lounges are relaxing and soothing after a tiring day.I truly recommend this place to those who are always late in catching up and wants to be closer to the tram stop, Roomingkos got you. Very affordable and friendly people to deal with your accommodation woes.

I came to Roomingkos as recommended by a youtuber. When I arrived, all the staff were very helpful to me. i am international student It was hard and didn't understand anything. But all the staff helped me to the end. especially Tony And when it's birthday, there will be gifts to hang on the door of the room. Room rates are cheap. And there are staff to help. There are events every month. I love this place and recommend my friends to rent here. The best place for students.

I have been stayed here for 3 years since 2019 my first came to Australia. This place has been my home since then. It is affordable and very easiest way of public transport. It made convenient place. Besides that, it closes to groceries store, there are neighborhood one of small grocery store and walk 5 minutes to Lygon street for woolies supermarket which it is one of the biggest supermarket in Melbourne. In this apartment building, cleanliness was 7 out of 10. It still need improvement from the management of building and they are amazing working on it start with extra cleaning rules for all of the students such as can’t live the stuff in the kitchen area or they will throw it out in the next morning. It’s such a very strict rule but I think it will worth because each floor has one big kitchen and shared with around 10 people and this rule to keep the kitchen to organize. Currently, they had changed managerial team from unilodge to roomming kos. I found out this roomming kos team has made and organized some facilities and equipment for student. I believe that, this new system has made through students needs and improvement towards student’s convenience.Overall 8/10

The place is clean, the facilities are complete and well maintained. The building manager is very responsible, honest, and always tries to respond to questions or complaints from tenants. 11 Dudley Street is one of the best student accommodations in Melbourne, under the excellent management of RoomingKos.
