I was so impressed by the great level of service that was afforded us by both Adam and Simon. It is hard enough to go through this, but they were kind, supportive and walked us through many of the steps very gently and calmly. They were thoughtful, helpful and nothing was too much trouble so that we could have the service the way we wanted. At such a heart breaking time, these guys went over and beyond. They are kind, caring and considerate people that had no hesitation with anything that was requested. The display of professionalism was outstanding, I could not recommend them highly enough. My last goodbyes to my father were made very special. Thank you.

Over 2 generations of the Laws family have taken care of at least 10 of my immedite family members. 4 Grandparents, 2 aunts and 4 parents. My remaining family and I have the utmost respect and admiration for Tom, Janelle, Simon, Kayleen, Adam and the team. They are not our family nor our freinds but i would be proud if that were the case.This practice, this team and this family are sincerely personable, sympathetic, compassionate and respectful.When you sit and open up and discuss your loved ones life, they express empathy, they have little choice they are human. I recall Tom showing emotion as he struggled through my Dads eulogy. This is not a facade..they are not a creditor that has an obligation to do so. They are dealing with your family, your raw emotions and more importantly one on one with your loved one. But they have one thing we can never have, that is clarity, clarity in making arrangements, clarity of the laws and processes and clarity on the day of the service...and that is a blessing and a sign of true professionalism...this is why we keep using their services. These guys are wonderful.They showed great kindness, care, and understanding recently atmy Dad's service. They were also very patient and caring during the planning for the service, and their advice about how to personalise the service was invaluable.Their added touches like the celebrant Simon coming and speaking personally to us before we spoke, was so calming and reassuring, and his affirmations to all of us at the end of the service were so appreciated, and were a bright spot on such a difficult day.Adam gave us great advice on the technology side of things and let us know that he was always there to help in any way, and to ensure the technical side of the service worked seamlessly.And the office team who worked on Dad's Service booklet and media notifications, did a wonderful job, and they were so easy to work with.We were so grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown by everyone at this business, and would highly recommend them.

Overall excluding the the minister's cliche of getting my brother's name slightly wrong, Parker instead of Parkes. Only human. Robert an Adam did a fantastic job. I came away totally pleased. Thank you

Kaleen did an amazing job. I can’t imagine how she managed to accomplish so much in such a short time. Simon was perfect on the day as celebrant. The two of them make a wonderful team and I shall always be grateful to them.

Fantastic service by Penny the celebrant. Bree was delightful to speak to and very organised and empathetic. Everything was confirmed twice and the staff Adam and Simon were fantastic and the whole process was streamlined and perfect for our family to say goodbye to our Beautiful mum and dads wife and partner in life…

Do Not use this funeral service. My family had our fathers funeral here and it was horrible. They gave permission to a woman who does not qualify for defacto to organise and run the funeral. They did not ask for any legal proof or paperwork of her relation to my father. Essentially meaning that they will hand over the rights of your loved ones funeral to any person who walks in the door claiming to be a “somebody”. They did not ask my Fathers parents(my Grandparents who legally is next of kin) to sign over permission to said random woman to head the funeral. The funeral home did not contact myself or my sister to talk about whether or not we would like dad cremated. He was cremated and we specifically asked for the ashes to be split so my sister, Grandparents and I would get our own part of dad’s ashes. My Grandparents went to collect their part of the ashes successfully but my sister and I were not able too because I live in Queensland and my sister lives in Sydney. The funeral home proceeded to hand over my sister’s and my part of the ashes to the self claimed defacto. My Father died 24th April 2019 and its been almost 3 months and still no ashes because the random self proclaimed defacto that the funeral home gave permission too is holding the ashes hostage from us. Not to mention the Director, Simon Law, was during the funeral snickering and giggling and provided no seriousness or respect to my father or his family by how he was acting. None of our family was allowed to stand up and say our goodbyes because Simon wanted to “save time” offering no closure to any of us. I dont know about you but when Dad died time stopped, there was no saving it. If you want an experience like this with NO Ethics, Morals, NO sense of Right and Wrong, Love or Compassion then this funeral home is for you.

Simon and the team at Milton Ulladulla Funeral Services did a beautiful job at my fathers funeral. At such a difficult time, Simon gave my family and I peace and comfort in knowing that everything was right for the beautiful send off of my father. Not only did Simon plan everything but also ran the service and made the day a great celebration.

I can not express my gratitude enough to Simon and his team at Milton Ulladulla Funeral Services. Their patience, consideration and caring attitude made an impossibly hard time a little easier. I had so many questions when having to arrange a funeral and every question I had was answered with professionalism and kindness.What amazing special people they all are, I was a stranger to these people and when we had finished the funeral I felt like I had been welcomed into their beautiful family.The actual service was everything that I had hoped it would be.
