Worst real estate I have had the misfortune to rent through. Threatened us if we took anything to a tribunal that we would find it hard to get another rental. Tried to charge us for junk that the owner or previous tenant left in the shed (even though I had been the one that cleaned it all out when we moved in). We ended up settling with them to get away from them. Would never risk renting or buying property through a Belle Real estate after witnessing the dishonesty and intimidation of their property manager.

We were very happy with our team. Sarah is an amazing agent who works hard going beyond and above to get our house sold. Nelson is also a lovely guy helping anyway he can. We were always kept up to date with details of open houses and customer enquiries. It was so easy to talk and discuss issues. Thank you Anthony Di Lenardo and your team. They are definitely an asset to you. Definitely recommend Belle Real Estate.

I recently had a very disappointing experience working with Belle Property real estate. Unfortunately, their poor communication made the entire process a frustrating and stressful one.Right from the start, it was evident that Belle Property agents did not prioritise good communication. It was difficult to get in touch with them, and when we did manage to connect, they often seemed hurried and uninterested in answering our questions or addressing our concerns. It was almost as if they were trying to avoid us.Their lack of communication created a lot of confusion and led to several misunderstandings throughout the process. We were left feeling like we didn't really know what was going on, and it was up to us to chase down information and updates. It was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming, and we definitely did not feel like valued clients.Overall, I cannot recommend Belle Property real estate agency. Their poor communication made the entire experience much more stressful and difficult than it needed to be. If you are looking for an agency that will prioritise good communication and keep you in the loop every step of the way, I suggest looking elsewhere.Ryan Houston from PRD is a great place to start.

Mellisa has been beyond helpful with any issues I've had, she's made sure they've been dealt with as quick as possible. She has also gone above and beyond working after hours in her own time to make sure anything I've thrown her way is sorted. Mellisa has made me feel well support and less stressed with all situations, definitely don't wanna have to leave Belle Property x
