Phil from SunPeople was the only quoting installer to come to our house prior to providing a quote. This meant we had confidence the quote would be realistic, the installation wouldn’t hit unforeseen obstacles and that SunPeople were serious about doing business with us. We also had a very old asbestos metre board which needed to be replaced prior to the installation to avoid problems later with supply. Phil pointed this out to us. We knew where all parts of the system would be located too.All of this meant a quality on time installation using the components we had selected with SunPeople’s advice.Everyone involved from the office to the site could not have been more professional, helpful and polite.The complete job was done on time and we were encouraged to seek advice and support for anything to do with our system and supply after the job was done.We cannot recommend SunPeople highly enough.

Fantastic reputable organisation to deal with. I had an issue with my inverter after 3 years and the team could not been more helpful and supportive in getting my solar up and running ,supporting my warranty claim. I don’t often write reviews but good service deserves a wrap and is an important component when considering a solar system. The system I have is so good it has paid for itself.

We paid the deposit, then waited 5 months AFTER the 2-3 month waiting period to have panels, batteries and inverters installed. Panels work great - but pump lots into the grid (at a tiny 6c/KWh) and not so much into the house and batteries. No doubt we’re generating electricity bills (at 28c/KWh) way above what we should. At this stage, batteries were definitely NOT worth the extra expense, due to SunPeople’s continuing failure to properly configure the inverters (that's right, still not done after installation last year).My observation is that as a company, SunPeople are unable to provide the level of expertise in battery and inverter configuration, that they claim they will. Phil (PR and sales) is a gem, but the remainder ??? ……. Not so sure.Our previous installation of a similar nature, with another company, was absolutely trouble free.Panel installation? Recommended. Battery and inverters? Not recommended.

Phil from SunPeople was extremely helpful and immediately responded to any questions. Even dropping around to check on the installation and see how the system was working. His team were very helpful and the installers were great also. Very professional and polite and did a great job. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Sun People have been wonderful to deal with from start to finish. When quoting they look at your individual circumstances and advise you accordingly on the best system to choose. All the staff are courteous, professional and informed about the installation process. I would highly recommend them and their workmanship.

Great service, from planning to installation.They setup a system in our house 2 years ago, and did an upgrade recently. The installation looks tidy, without ugly conduits running outside the house. Definitely recommend.
