We've just moved into our lovely home built by Bendella and are over the moon. The quality is amazing, the communication throughout the build was excellent and the attention to detail is fantastic. Danielle went over and above to answer all of our questions and design a house that we were both happy with whilst also sticking to our budget. Would highly recommend Bendella Group to anyone looking to build their dream home.

What an awful experience it has been building with this company. Took 3 months longer than what was quoted, used poor quality electrician that put lights in completely stupid places, lost our colour selections so had to do it all over again, changed building materials without consulting us, used the wrong brand of draw runners so they now sag with very little weight in them now wanting us to pay to put the correct ones in. Screen door doesn’t close properly, I could go on endlessly. I hope no one has to go through what we have been through with this company. Best advice I can give is to never build with them or if you do, be very very careful with your contract. Utterly disgusted

Bendella was amazing from start to finish! Their team is extremely family friendly and they customise their plans to your needs. Their prices are very competitive (if not the cheapest) and their quality is great. The best part about Bendella was that they thought of everything we didn’t and didn’t just ignore things they thought would look better or make the home more functional. Danielle provided amazing customer service from start to finish and she was really family friendly and approachable (not like the big companies).Bendella was also super flexible. As we saved more money, they allowed us to make small variations without charging us variation fees. They also kept to the contract and there was no hidden fees or charges.I would recommend Bendella to anyone building their dream home. Their attention to detail, customer service and quality of service is second to none.Thanks guys!!
