The Copper Sink & Bath Company

We have found them nigh on impossible to deal with. No response to messages even though we want to spend money with them. I cannot tell if this is a legitimate company or some fraudulent scam? Great looking product if it actually exists.

Nice stuff but very poor after sales support. Be careful that you’re getting what you need to actually build a usable bathroom. Our plumber was not happy!

I was giving my bathroom a makeover and wanted some nice copper products. I found this company and was impressed by the range they have on offer. After talking to a sale representative I decided on a sink, new tapware and drain wastes, and placed my order. I am happy to say they arrive quickly and look amazing in my bathroom, so happy.

Bitterly Disappointed!!! After calling my wife every second day for two weeks to make the sale. Our items arrived one day before instillation of our kitchen despite making full payment three months prior. it was not explained to us that the sink we purchased did`t include waste baskets or plugs, essential for the plumber to complete the job. We now have to wait a week without a sink or dishwasher, plus incurring further costs as we have to pay the plumber to return to finish the job with the correct parts. After investigating further we have discovered that all other suppliers of similar or same sink include these parts in there purchase price. We found their customer service to be very poor once they had made the sale. We decided not order waste and plug through them and found Restoration online who express posted item to finish the kitchen. Would not recommend copper sink company at all.

We bought a beautiful copper sink for our new kitchen which we installed six weeks ago, unfortunately it has worn very poorly. After a very short period of being used as intended it is significantly scratched and stained. Very disappointed, I have reached out twice and been completely ignored. Very poor customer service and product for a company presenting itself as high end.
