I have found CBIT consulting to be extremely proactive, professional and easy to work with. Ryan explained everything extremely well and left the door open for more questions as I am not computer savvy. Ryan chose the best possible solution for the growth of my business, something that is fast, robust and within my budget. Ryan was an utter relief to get in to fix my computer woes. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything so I could understand.He made sure I was confident none of my data was lost when we *eek* wiped my drive; it wasn't - and we even gained some lost data from an old backup!This computer problem was the bane of my existence for a month and in a few hours he had totally repaired my drives and restructured my Mac, and he did it all in an easy going way which left me feeling comfortable for my sensitive an important data to be in his hands.I just wish I had have called him sooner!He works quickly, is tech confidant and his knowledge of operating systems macs and other operating systems and also honouring your precious photos and data was second to none. ...and the price for what he did was so, so reasonable.Thanks Ryan. :-)
