I put my phone in because it was frozen, was told it would cost $70. Got a text that same afternoon (Weds) to tell me it could NOT be fixed. My husband and I went down on the Thursday to pay the monies I owed for their ATTEMPT to fix the phone. The deal was made that I could pay $45 instead of the $70 and they would keep my phone for parts. I then received a couple of texts plus a personal call on the Saturday asking for my I Cloud Password. I became suspicious. If the phone is frozen, and they only want parts, why do they require to delete all my information. I had been told that when others do not go to pay the money owed, or do not collect their phones, they keep them and after a period of FOUR weeks, the phone becomes theirs. We decided something was not right ... went down on Monday morning, told them we would pay the other $25 to make up the original $70 and wanted my phone back, only to find out my phone had in fact been fixed, UNFROZEN, but NO, they did not want the $25 back and they were keeping MY phone. Apparently, the camera was why the reason the phone had frozen, and it had been replaced. Obviously it could have been fixed ORIGINALLY. Makes one wonder doesn’t it ... do they deliberately say it cannot be fixed knowing in fact, many would not go back. Then they MAGICALLY fix the phone and SELL it making a handsome profit. The only way I could get my phone back was to pay $149.00 for the APPARENTLY NEW camera, which I daresay was not a NEW camera but out of one of the old phones they had on hand. Yes, I had signed a document saying they could have the phone .... but we now know it was under FALSE, DECEITFUL and MISLEADING conditions. NEVER deal with this company ..... why MATTHEW did you lie to me and tell me my phone could not be UNFROZEN when OBVIOUSLY it could be fixed. You actually asked me for my ICloud password on the SAME day we went to pay you and collect my phone. YOU KNEW THEN, your plan was already in place. When others don’t turn up to pay you and just leave their phones .... do you phone them for their ICloud password .... NO. I am guessing this is a common practice by this dishonest company.

Came to get my phone fixed, got multiple things done and they over charged on Labour, than damaged my phone beyond what they can repair, only refunded a small amount…. Avoid at all cost!!

Absolutely appalling customer service, I would not recommend Casphone to any paying customer!Both Matthew and Jaysa have been awful to deal with! After damaging my Son's iPod even further than what it originally was, we waited 8 weeks only to be left with an unusable product! Matthew in-store tried to blame the situation on other work colleagues assuring us it couldn't possibly have been him when in fact we have dealt with him on all three occasions we have been instore. Meanwhile Jaysa whom is apparently 'Customer Service' has been the most unprofessional customer service agent I have ever come across. $110.00 and a broken iPod later, we are left no better off than what we started. I would not recommend this company to anyone! An absolute turmoil experience for my son! Will happily take your money yet fail to deliver on service and customer satisfaction. Disappointing to say the least!

Absolute rip-off store they need to be done for scamming the venerable and elderly. I witnessed a young worker there scaming an elderly person. Should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I do not recommend them at all.

I asked specifically for black case . The man got it put it thru the counter. Didn't realise til I waslat home. Rang. Wasn't a concern he said bring it back they'll swap itdifferent person on weekend and he was quite rude about the whole thing. So that was a let down.

Mathew, Casphone’s manager was very helpful, explained everything that he was working on with my iPhone.Mathew was patient and extremely professional.
