Had over 1k worth of clothing cleaned with Washrunners and lots of it was good however they damaged my $300 satin skirts with PINS after we discussed that clips etc.cannot be used as they cause irreversible pulls. The toggles of my $600 coat which I had only ever worn once were also destroyed and they offered to replace these but never got back to me. I can no longer wear the coat.

Very efficient laundry services, cheap, easy communication, app easy to use, friendly staff, definitely will use it when we go to Sydney.And I get free laundry bag that is very useful for traveling / store dirty clothes.
