Been waiting over 2 months for my daughter's bed to arrive! Just received another email stating they have to push the delivery date back AGAIN! Not happy!!

I was slightly apprehensive as I hadn't heard of this company before, however after reading the reviews I decided to go for it. I was very glad I did, the sofa was delivered within two weeks, the delivery men were very helpful, unpacked and took the packaging away. The sofa itself is really well made and looks fabulous in our room. I was very pleased with the quality and service received and shall definitely make more purchases here in the future. Thanks

WARNING! Do not buy from this company!!!!! Absolutely fake and dishonest. Blocked customer because I asked what the quality of their rug was, with no response after emailing twice!!! Rude and poor customer service!!! All their feedback is dishonest - they block all customers that ask or question anything about their products. Obviously made in China and bad quality!! Save your money go to someone that cares.

If I could give zero stars I would. Don't waste your time or money. Their communication is terrible, they dont bother replying to emails which are complaints. But very quick to respond to a sales enquiry off their website form. Try call their phone number listed on their website - it diverts to a voicemail on another phone number and they dont bother calling back.

I purchased the French provincial Beige bookcase, it took two weeks to be delivered and there was no step by step manual provided. Luckily my partner is a carpenter and we built the bookcase over the weekend, it took us two days to build as we had no guide. We checked online there was no manual upload too. But these were all the small problems, the real problem is, this bookcase is not Beige it is Pink! The photos provided by Oli and Ola show a white/cream bookcase but it is actually a pink. I put a complaint through but the company just got back to me stating I should have looked better at the photos!! This is a pathetic reply!!! Their photos show the bookcase white, how was I meant to see it pink??

I wish I could give them a 0 rating. I purchased from Oli and Ola through Kogan. We purchased a water playmat for our baby and when we purchased it the site said “delivered in 1-2 business days”. As I was looking to have the mat pretty quick I purchased it immediately from them. This was on the 26/10/20, it is now 10/11/20 and I have had no sign of my parcel at all. Every time I ask for an update they have been short with their response saying it’s with the delivery company. I call the delivery company and they have no record of the item. I’m located in Sydney and Oli and Ola are based in Melbourne, I’ve purchased other items from other stores and had them delivered within 3-4 days.This company is a rort. My recent update from Oli and Ola says it’s on board for delivery today, yet Aramex don’t have this update.If it’s not received today - I’ll be forwarding this onto Fair Trading.
