Event Cinemas

My husband and I went to Loganholme tonight to enjoy a night out and what an utter disappointment!! Popcorn was stale, seats had lollies and popcorn from previous movie, the toilets are absolutely disgusting and then there is the smell that lingers throughout the whole place but exceptionally potent in the hallways. How can staff work in an environment that smells like a dumpster full of rotting garbage and think it’s okay? We had to go home and shower as the stench is now on our clothing.. Something needs to happen with the very poor standards here!!

Great disability access and variety of popular movies. The candy bar has a wider range of snacks and drinks than most cinemas.The candy bar could provide snacks for special diets.The toilets were clean and tidy.

I had a good time here but people kept walking into the cinema throughout the entire movie that weren't there at the beginning. Pretty sure they just walked straight through without paying or came from another cinema once one movie had finished to see another for free. There is no staff anywhere to check tickets anymore so people can just walk into any cinema without paying to see the movie or once one movie finishes just go to another for a free movie which is pretty frustrating for those who do the right thing and pay for a ticket. Also because there is no staff to check if people bought tickets people with bad intentions or even weapons can enter the theatre more easily, It doesn't feel safe.

Definitely had an over powering gross smell all throughout the hallways, Gold Class seats are old and torn up(still comfy though) the food was so average especially for the price but the cocktails were 10/10 delicious though!

Nice place to go. Just don’t forget to pick up your paper ticket on the machine before you get into the theatre.

Bought two Gold Class tickets plus an additional $223.70 in food on top as our main date of the year (the Ultimate date package plus some extras, including the Avatar 2 merch drinks). Unfortunately they forgot to give us our mains until deserts were being served so we only had 40 minutes to eat out of the 3 hour (Avatar 2) movie.Ultimately they refunded $25 of the food and gave us free tickets as compensation.Despite the negative food experience the rest was top notch.

Went yesterday to movie that was showing in cinema 1. The seats were disgusting and stunk. They need cleaning, the smell was so bad that when we left it was on our clothes. So we had to go home and change before going out to lunch. Absolutely disgusting.

I was so excited to see this movie as I've loved anything dinosaurs since i knew they HAD existed!!we did goldclass..the seats were a bit worn but comfortable never the less..my son's rather tall so he felt they didn't recline as much to offer some of us tallies some comfort!!They botched up when we wanted our drinks,the food came out though still not in the order we'd have liked,some of the menu was unavailable!!All in all i would of been happy with normal seating and eating popcorn maybe with a beer or cider!!Gold class didn't do it for me on this occasion at!!

Paid gold class tickets, chairs were dirty and they need a clean down the sides, pizza $25 tasted like I was just eatting onion jam dough was under cooked, Ice cream cone was soft and soggy. Toilets are disgusting by the lobby. $130 night out would not recommend!!
