one of the worst nail experiences i’ve ever had, my nails were rushed and my technician tried upselling me, when he had finished my nails they were sharp and had very rough edges, now a day later the paint is peeling off, very unsatisfactory

Today was my second visit & I'm loving my new nails. Awesome staff & service.

I sat at a pedicure station for 25 minutes with my feet in water and nothing. I had to leave as I had things to do. 2 free staff walked into the office and never came out??? Sorry but I won't be back.

Cheap ,Quick, Friendly, Proffetional staff.Fantastic job done.Dont know why so many Westerner's feel the need to complain & Expecially about the staff not being fluent in English.I don't go to make friend's I go to get a job done not make friend's.They know what there doing.They wouldn't be in the business otherwise

Trang is the most incredible nail technician! She never fails to do the best quality job & we have the best time laughing & chatting. Highly recommend this nail salon.

Nail polish came off the very next morning. Less than 24 hours old and i was extremely careful. Very rushed job. Guy literally rushed me out of store and clearly wasn't dry/set!! Manicure was minuscule. Just barely filed and no buffing etc just straight to polish.

I've had my nails for 2 days and my pinky nail has been completely ripped off...my nail bed has been exposed...this is the second time...they have shaved my nail down so far my nail came of...when all I did was bang it on a sink...these nails cost me $110...

One female worker in particular which appeared to be the owner as she was yelling out from across the room whenever a question was asked ruined my experience completely. She gave my kids a manicure while I got a pedi and I watched on in agony while she terrorized them by being way too rough and did not listen to them when they asked for nail art. She abruptly told them it was too late and that they should of told her earlier, which they did multiple times throughout the session and I did also when first making the appointment.She was too busy listening and answering everbody else's questions to look after the customers in front of her properly.Just the way she spoke and looked down at all the customers really took me by suprise and I will be driving the extra distance next time to find another salon.
