Cuddles Early Learning & Childcare Carlisle

My daughter has been attending cuddles Carlisle since she was 7 months old (she’s now 2). The team were so welcoming and helped us both adjust with compassion and care. She loves all of the educators and so do I! This is a great centre and I trust that she is always treated with the same love and respect I would give her myself.

My daughter started here at just 8 months old. She's always been difficult when it comes to eating/sleeping but since starting daycare, she is absolutely thriving. The staff and educators are so kind and compassionate and they treat my daughter as their own. They're happy to work with our routine and communication has been nothing short of amazing. As an anxious ftm, I am truly grateful for everything these girls do for my daughter. You are all so amazing at what you do, thank you so so much x

My two children have had spent the most important moments in their life in Cuddles Early learning Centre Carlisle. Such a great place for all the little children who want to learning new things through the play! Highly recommended for those parents who are looking for a childcare centre with the professional educators and lots of love and caring for your little one.

Absolutely love this place. My daughter has been going to this day care for 6 months now. She loves the staff there and I can see that the staff genuinely care about the kids. I attended the Christmas event and I was very impressed as all the staff seem to know all kids by their name even if the kids belong in a different room.

Cuddles Early Learning & Childcare Carlisle has been such a great experience for our son, The Educators are very loving and caring and have created a bond with my child. They make every effort to make my son feel comfortable and safe. Love you guys!!!Love the big yard with beautiful trees :)

My child has been going to Cuddles Carlisle for about two years now. I love the big spacious outdoor areas that she get to play there everyday. All the educators and staffs are very friendly and loving towards my child. They also very accommodating in changing my kid’s days which is great when our work schedules change quite often.

I’ve have used cuddles Carlisle for over 6 years and it feels like another family. What the centre lacks in newer facilities it makes up for in care and love of my children. My child in the baby room loves coming to daycare and it has helped her with routines and developing her skills. I love the diversity of the kids that attend. My baby loves cuddling the educators such as Ms Pooja and you can see they all genuinely care for her. Any issues we have had have been dealt with promptly. It put my mind at ease knowing I can leave her and work and she is in good hands.

So happy with this daycare!! My daughter started at Cuddles when she was 9 months old, she is 5 now and has left to attend Pre-Primary but all the staff and educators are so friendly and helped her adjust through those years. My son attends Cuddles now and is almost 2, he started off in the babies room and is transitioning to toddlers room now but he absolutely loves Pooja and all the educators in babies room. Thankyou Cuddles Carlisle for treating my children like they are your own, you are all amazing!

A big thank you to the ladies at cuddles Carlisle. You always go above and beyond for my two children and have made daycare a safe and enjoyable space for them to grow. We can’t thank you enough for always going out of your way to make the kid’s feel special and for all the extra things you do to make life easier for us.My children have developed amazing relationships with their educators, old and new, from each of the three rooms. It is very comforting as a parent to witness these relationships, not only with my children but also between the other children. special Thanks to Ms Megs, Ms Rekha and Ms PetaThe facility is run seamlessly, regular updates on staff holidays and movements, menu planning including healthy recipe recommendations. updates on individual and group activities during the day and summaries on developmental learning outcomes.

My child attended Cuddles Carlisle from November 2022 to January 2023 I chose cuddles due to the outdoor space and friendly staff so I was disappointed that coke December he had significant nappy rash where he was unable to sit that would last days this occurred fortnightly I sent numerous emails to Peta and had seen a theme when the lead educator Puja left early he appeared to be left in soiled nappies and that’s when the rash occurred my emails went unanswered, I asked for a meeting which went unanswered and ultimately although Puja tried we left the centre. Interestingly our new centre he has not had nappy rash. I’m disappointed that Cuddles did not take me seriously or follow up my concerns and my child’s well-being was overlooked. I would not recommend
