- Sent me an invoice for services" 2 years after I cancelled services with a business they acquired.- Didn't respond to my email informing them they made a mistake.- Sent me another email telling me my account is overdue and I need to pay invoice.- Didn't respond to my email informing them (once again) they made a mistake.- Only began responding to me when I gave their acquired company a 1 star review.- I was informed "we no longer have any of your information stored in our system."- A few weeks later they sent me an email as part of their client contact list including "past and current clients" inquiring about interest in their services.- Once again have to contact them to have my data removed.Trying to get this company's attention via multiple emails and Google and ensure they delete my data and don't send me accidental invoices is the reason they have a 1 star review. In a world where data privacy is a serious issue for many individuals
