I have just purchased my third wonderful car from James Michael Motors. I have bought 3 cars from Mike over the last 20 years and each time he has been honest, trustworthy and very personable, Mike has made it a very pleasurable experience. His knowledge of used cars and advise on what car would suit me is outstanding.Hard to find a car dealership that has been in business for so long. I accidentally enquired about a car two times as it was listed on two different car sales websites. Because of this I received a very unpleasant phone call telling me to stop contacting the company. It was an honest mistake on my behalf but I will most definitely not be dealing with them in the future and I wouldn’t not recommend their service.

I had a few problems at the start which were dealt with promptly and without hesitation. I have had the car for 3 years now and it runs like a dream it only goes in to them for it's annual service. I just bought my first car from James Michael of Mentone after going to multiple car dealerships. I was looked after by salesman Michael Barnett who was more than accommodating in my search to find the right car. After having the car for 3 months now I've had no issues and it runs as good as new.
