I visited this clinic a good number of times. The staff are very friendly aside from being very professional. I am satisfied with the performance of several doctors. It is the best place to go when you don't want to go to the hospital. Thank you for your commendable services.

Wasted time travelling 25 minutes on a Sunday for a doctor to get their Medicare form signed might be a tropical ear or middle ear infection

Tried booking via phone call, the number wasn't working, had to book online. On the day, waited for my appointment for 50 min. Wouldn't go back there again, just for the hussle and wasted time.

payed $40 for a doctor to tell me they don't do skin checks, save your money and go to a bulk billed place.

Have found this practice (Cas sq med cent) to be polite & friendly always.Now the Dr's have come to the village I am sure this will continue. Doctors are very knowledgeable, specialists are just that. Highly recommended. R.Lewis

The staff were very friendly, other then that I took my partner to see a GP as her right leg was really swollen she was in so much pain and could barely walk. He said he will need to drain with a needle though there was no sign of pus showing at that stage. She made aware she thought she had cellulitis, she was sure she needed antibiotics via IV but she wanted his opinion. After a failed attempt of using a needle to drain nothing at the stage. The GP had no sympathy to her pain whilst trying to poke a needle in it. Then gave her the option to use the needle herself because she couldn't bare the pain. he prescribed oral antibiotics no pain relief and told her come back in 3 days . After day 2 days there was no improvement and her leg became larger and more serious I took her to ED darwin hospital she was admitted for 3 days on IV antibiotics and had to have the lumb on her leg which became bigger and more infected drained. First they used needle anistetic and then a scalpel to cut out the infection underneath the tissue.Poor judgement charged $80 for needle and a further 82 dollars for a 10 minute session with a GP who made it worse.

Really fantastic consultation experience with Dr. Thomas. He is a very sympathetic person, respectful and nimble. The nurses there are also kind, thoughtful and professional. I need to get 2 vaccinations, and they know exactly how one of them will cause your arm sore muscles and injected my left arm (I am right-handed). Thanks to them otherwise I can't write while studying.

Casuarina Medical staff are fantastic, quality of Drs, but specifically Dr Samjowan and Michelle Turner, is excellemt. They are down to earth and empathetic but strong on client privacy and support. Yes you sometimes have to wait, then realise why when it’s your turn and they don’t shove you out the door if your need exceeds 10 minutes.

i was in some serious pain, the doctor would not prescribe anything apart from pain killers, told me to back to RDH if pain does not subside, he was given more info than you could poke a stick at, he refused to acknowledge that i have a problem, never will go back to see this unknowledgeable alleged doctor again
