As a travelling F45 member from interstate, I was made to feel super welcome by Helen.Awesome roomy studio with supplied water, towels and a great ratio of coaches for the class.If travelling to Adelaide again, I'll definitely drop back in!

I had an exceptional experience at an F45 studio that stood out for several reasons:- Amazing staff- Spacious floor space- Great support facilities- High energy vibesThe staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent guidance. The studio had ample space for comfortable workouts, well-maintained facilities, and a positive atmosphere that fueled high energy. Highly recommended for a fantastic fitness experience!Can't wait to return for more energizing workouts!

Approaching the tail end of my 7 day trial at f45 Ascot Vale, I can honestly say it’s been such an awesome experience. Ascot Vales training club although packing a punch with its challenging classes, they are made enjoyable by the people, atmosphere and the support receive from the coaches and other fellow peers. There is really a great energy in the club. I highly recommend f45 to take your health and fitness to another level.

I have been attending F45 Unley for 1 year, this month! The team are professional, supportive and communicate well. One thing I really like about the studio, is that no one is too showy. You can work to your best ability and not feel judged.Thanks team F45 Unley :)

I've only been there a short while, but I've been impressed by Helen & the team at F45 Training Unley for their professionalism, the friendships already made, the non-judgemental acceptance of my fitness level (yet still pushing me to get 1 or 2 more reps in!) & then having time for a quick chat after class. Giving your time outside class times shows you care about your clients. Nice one.The classes are fun and thr people that go there are there just to work out. There's no fluffing around - get in, blast it out, get on with life. Loving the vibe. :)
