Tiny Beez Child Care Centre

Tiny Beez palmyra is an amazing early childhood centre! My little boy has been going since he was 11 months old and is now 3. The staff are extremely kind, caring and supportive.

Such a great child care centre. We have been attending for 6 months and love it. Our daughter took a little while to settle in, the staff worked with us to find ways to ease her in and help make it a positive experience. Now she loves going and is excited to arrive each time.

What a wonderful experience we have had since my two daughters commenced at Tiny Beez Palmyra. The level of care, attention to detail and quality of the rooms is second to none and I would highly recommend Lara, Jess and the team to anyone looking for a fun, healthy and educational experience for their children - what more could you ask for?!

The appearance and marketing of this place looked great! We enrolled my daughter last year - I could not write the review straight away as I was upset.My daughter experienced separation anxiety, which is completely normal for a little one starting something new. After two months, she was exactly the same, sobbing at drop off and pick up. The first thing she said when she woke up was “no beez mummy”.I kept telling myself she was being well cared for and she was adjusting. This issue had been discussed with the Manager, and I had asked that she be especially supported and comforted at drop off until she had settled in. The manager was reassuring.Then one day, we dropped my daughter off -sobbing- and we got into our car and waited at the junction. I happened to look through the fence into the room to see my daughter standing by the door sobbing without her comfort toy and alone. It was bad traffic that morning and we waited 60 seconds at the junction. It was horrible. The Manager had dumped her there and no one had come to greet her and care for her.I got on my phone and called straight away, the Manager would not let me speak and said “she’s perfect”. When I went to explain the situation, she cut me off and transferred me through to the room. The carer in the room said the same thing about my daughter being fine. My reply was that I was out the front and could see her crying and alone. The carers reply, I can’t say anything else because you saw it!I was too upset, so my husband called to talk to Lara the Manager who was defensive and insistent that they were caring for her well. It was gas lighting all the way.We went and picked my daughter up then and there. We then withdrew from the service, and my goodness Lara could not have been nicer or more attentive , afraid of a bad review I’m sure.Ultimately, Lara cares about money, the children are commodities to her. They do not come first. But my goodness isn’t the advert convincing. Please look beyond the veneer of wooden toys and fun activities! The place is toxic.It has to be noted that there are some lovely carers working there that do it some justice, but no organisation can thrive in a toxic environment.Just like Mary Poppins said, the cover is not the book so open up and take a look!

Fabulous, modern facilities and professional and caring educators. My daughter recently moved here from another centre and she is so much happier, she can't wait to get there in the morning! A wonderful family business which applies the latest in learning methods in a gorgeous setting. Most of all I am grateful that my child is happy and thriving here. Thank you Lara and staff.

Highly recommend Tiny Beez Palmyra. Great management and staff, provides us parents daily updates including photos and occasional short videos. The centre is kept in such clean condition, not over crowded. Honestly nothing but a great experience with our two little ones from babies to kindy.

My children have been attending the service since it opened - it is an absolute treasure of a find! They absolutely adore going to Tiny Beez, have amazing friendships with the other children and the staff.I can’t rave enough about the staff, service and management. A real home-away-from-home.

This centre has the most caring and passionate staff. They incorporate the child’s interests in activities and there is constant communication with parents. Cannot recommended this centre more highly.

My son has been attending 2 or 3 days a week for 18 months and all the careers there are lovely and have really taken the time to understand where my son is at. They are great at keeping me updated with his experiences and they are just really organized, professional and committed to providing fun experiences for the kids.

Wouldn't recommend working at this branch of tiny beez. Some of the people are nice but most of the staffs have their own little world and do not teach their new staffs the proper way to communicate with kids and the routines. they just leave you and expect you to know everything after one day and get used to it. they don't introduce you to the kids and they don't introduce the kids to the staff. you have to learn their names by yourself. most comments about the manager and her daughter about how they work is unbelievable. I've heard that the manager acts so nice and lovable to the kids in front of the parents but once they leave the premises, she gets granny and yells at the kids. 100% not recommend working here and trying to achieve your cert 3 and diploma with them.
