Wonderful service and friendly staff every time I go in, and I don’t see how they could be called racist if all they did was tell you to hang up the clothes that you had just thrown back after trying on.

I was in your shop for 30 minutes with my friend and not once was I ask if I needed help very bad service only wish I could give no stars

Went there today looking for shoes and Sarah's service was excellent. I tried several pairs on. She was very knowledgeable and offered great suggestions. Didn't pressure me at all. When all was said and done she had the pair I liked in the size I needed put on hold at another store so I could go over there to pick it up.I don't care how good your store is, without attendants like that you'll never get 5 stars, if I could I'd give her more.

I went to Green Hills store this afternoon. The staff were absolutely the most rude I've ever seen. ‘Blonde woman with glasses’, she seemed to be the manager, started talking so loudly at me, ‘patronising being xenophobic alike, as if I didn't understand English language’, she spoke very rudely at me, saying to me that I had to leave the store and take the escalator, so I could have access to the internet connection!? As they couldn't find my membership details containing a birthday voucher in their store computer!? They behave as I was wrong, and I had not any vouchers available to use. I had to go outside the shop for the internet connection (just in front the store - not need to take the escalator far away) to find the email with the voucher. I wanted to proof I wasn’t wrong! Ridiculous! I found my membership birthday voucher email, came back to the store, and showed it to them, and I did not received any apology for their poor customer service and behaviour. I only came back since I have traveled far to purchased a jumper to use for work/university outdoor training on Monday. They made me look like I was begging for a discount, when I shop at this store often interstate, so I wanted to use my birthday voucher, it is the whole purpose having membership, correct?! This ‘blonde manager's’ attitude was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen, she behaved abrupt, patronising and neurotic. I don't recommend this store with these employees, ‘boy at the register’ patronising, he couldn't find my name and membership, behave as he was doing me a huge favour putting my details and order on register, bad attitude saying I had to pay $0.40 for a paper bag, as it was a huge favor giving me a tiny bag that didn’t fit my larger jumper, which I had to pay for it. They made a nice and expensive jumper - look like a very cheap item. I am used to my local store interstate where the employees have been always nice and polite, welcoming my dog to the pet friendly store. Will not waste my time and money at this store again.

I bought a pair of waterproof shoes 7 or so ago and it was leaking so I brought it back to the Store at Green Hills. The staff is extremely helpful and despite it took several weeks to get my brandnew shoes back I'm a very happy customer. Well done Sarah, Shane and the staff for excellent customer service. We will definitely keep shopping with you guys.

I find all the members of staff friendly, competent and knowledgeable about the products.I find it a very enjoyable experience.Sarah is always exceptional, helping with options and explaining the differences in the products.Everything I have brought has been good quality and very comfortable.I would highly recommend to family and friends.

Such a pleasant experienece in this store. Sarah was extremely helpful and kind.It's nice to have such great customer service.

My fiancé and I are planning our winter honeymoon to Europe and went in yesterday to start getting some ideas on things we wanted and Jody was SO helpful! She took the time to explain every little thing, we will most definitely be back to stock up.Highly recommend

My husband gets all his camping stuff here and he swears by the place. He has had a jacket for over 5 years now and the quality means it's still good after all this time. Totally recommend.

Good service is not often rewarded but after shopping at your Green hills store earlier I was most impressed and had to jump on here.. Sarah was very competent and aptly explained differences between products and why certain ones would be more suitable for me. Will definitely be back and will be recommending to my friends.
