Proper trigger point therapy and active release techniques ensure that your body is being serviced correctly for injury rehab, prehab or scheduled maintenance.

Mikaela is such a professional and really understands the body. I have been renovating my house and had terrible stiffness in mg neck shoulders and back. Within 45 min of deep tissue massage and cupping, I had a much larger range of motion and also ALOT less pain.She is well educated and I will 100% be returning to her to keep my body happy.10/10

If you are feeling any sort of issue with your musculature this team are the team to see! Unbelievable massage, cupping and dry needling and the team are incredibly friendly!! I say team and wait until you meet the first helpers!!
