I called into the new Gold Coast Spitwater office in the hope they would have a part for my wand. Coincidentally I purchased the accessory from a tool shop and they assured me it would fit, but didn’t. Not only did they have the part, they fitted it for free. Then I discussed an issue with my pump. They offered to check it out. They found the issue, fixed it, and once again no charge. Absolutely fantastic bunch of guys who know their stuff.

Totally outstanding customer service. The guys there have genuine interest in helping you out in any way they can.They helped me out there and then for parts and installed it too.The repair man while testing the pressure cleaner out gave it a tune up while it was running. Totally for free.Other places charge you 100 for labour just to look and fit some stuff that takes just 20min to do.Thank you team!
