Original quote had to be adjusted as Metal Mates added too many sheets to what i ordered.On pick up was told by Metal Mates they had under quoted so i had to pay the difference.When i received goods i immediately noticed the posts were the wrong size.Was told by the sales person that's what i had ordered.I debated this.Got home and was told by fencer the color and sizes was incorrect.Went back to Metal Mates with fencer and was firstly met with deniability! !The salesperson initially denied making certain comments about color and size but finally admitted to having remembered.The manager/salesman Shane never admitted responsibility or apologised and was more concerned about future business with my fencer.Metal Mates was recommended to me by a work mate and i can honestly say i would avoid METAL MATES CESSNOCK !
