Good quality service but making an appointment is very fussy. Don’t get reply for appointments requests within acceptable time as I get reply after two or three days and only after reminders. Always been hectic for bookings. Eventually had to stopped. Can’t bare frustrating experience with bookings.

Very bad haircut, told her to stop to prevent her from making it worse but didn't listen and kept going and making it shorter. Despite all this, I was still charged so much money.
