Really happy with Enwaste. Did an old style septic pump out. From the moment I contacted them it was a professional and easy process. Came when they said they would and a job well done. Recommended.

Fantastic service from Enwaste (septic tank pump out and greasetrap clean). Extremely friendly, helpful and quick service from the office staff, and cheerful professional service from the waste truck operator. The septic tank lid proved difficult to remove but was dealt with without complaint by Mark who also showed respect for the property and potential for damage. Very happy with the service and 100% recommend Enwaste.

Enwaste Ipswich, came and cleaned out my sullage tank with their waste suction system. Even when encountering minor setbacks on this job, the operator continued to problem solve the situations to give my sullage tank very best clean that he could.The office staff were very courteous and friendly and couldn't have made my booking with them or paying my bill any easier for me. The Enwaste driver came while I was out to pump out our septic. I was horrified when I came home to find my driveway completely covered in filthy black tyre marks. The concrete driveway has been in place for years but now for the first time it looks like the site of a burnout competition. I reached out to Enwaste to talk about this, but after an initial acknowledgement - nothing ! No one wants to talk about it, no offer to help with cleaning products or costs, no offer to clean up after themselves. I've spent months, many hours and lots of cleaning products trying to clean up after them. What a huge disappointment ! I'd love to move on and forget this, but every day I look out the window and all I see is the Enwaste aftermath.
