Zero after sales support, first big storm the shelter was destroyed and no interest in supporting their product.In response to the comments below of threats below. This is untrue i made none of these comments.I asked if covered by warranty and was told no!I asked if engineered was told yes when i asked for a certifcate was told no not engineered you have to do that"
