John, our technician did a wonderful job for us today. He communicated promptly and politely throughout the lead up to job process. He explained clearly what he thought was the best solution to our issue suggesting what we needed for the system to work well. He did a great job on the day and at the end of installation showed us how to use the system both on the monitor and our phones. He left saying that we should ring him if we had a problem with the system. Very professional and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended. Katie
