Loved my back pack and thought high quality and ethical materials would last. Part of the material near the zip split within 4 months and then the zip completely came apart within 12 making it completely unusable.I specifically purchased from Urban Originals due to their sustainability and ethical principles but this doesn’t seem to include a reasonable life span for intended use of the products.Customer service was no help.If you want a bag to last longer than 6-12mths, look elsewhere.

I love the look, and appreciate that they are vegan, however almost all of their bags break after a few uses. I wish they were made a bit better

Purchased a backpack from Urban Originals and was used a handful of times before the materials cracked and stitching came undone on the straps. Emailed the company and received no reply, contacted a second time and still no outcome. Waste of money

I recently purchased a bag from UO,Originally the wrong order was sent. The mistake was caught at their end and promptly followed with an apology, and the correct order dispatched. Not only do I really like my choice (mini Luna cross-body bag), the lovely Andrew from UO told me to keep the first one sent. Beautiful bag, first rate service.

wow i loved my bag, for the whole 5 MINUTES THAT IT LASTED. and for the record you can call it vegan leather all you want but we all know that just means PLASTICEDIT:I have now emailed the company over a week ago and have had no response at all. I even asked questions about what PU is made of to no response. I have since found out that it is PU leather is a split leather that has been laminated with a polyurethane coating" so
