We found Franco Jewellers from a Google search and it was our first stop looking for a commitment ring. It was a fun shopping experience for both my partner and I, we found the ring! The ring design was so beautiful and unique, it had an added significance as if it was made for me. Also, loved supporting a family business. It was our first stop and also our last stop. Purchased the ring and then went to lunch!

Franco jewellers offer exceptional customer service and jewelry pieces. Incredibly happy with a special occasion bracelet we purchased, which had been made so beautifully. We also entrusted the girls to redo my wedding band, and fix my engagement ring from another jeweler. They came out wonderfully.Both Daniella and Silvana take the time to really listen, source and put together the perfect piece of jewelry for your needs.

After walking the CBD for hours looking for a ring, we walked past Franco's. The window display was enticing. We were welcomed in and immediately given chairs, such a relief after walking around and standing up all morning. I tried on several lovely rings and after a short time made a tentative decision. We went and had a coffee to discuss the purchase. We returned to Franco's and with the help of Daniela, ordered a beautiful champagne diamond surround by 20 brilliant cut diamonds. I am so happy with this lovely gift from my husband, and so very happy with the service from Franco's.

Dealing with members of a high-end, family-owned jeweller who take immense pride...is incomparable to dealing with simply an employee of a high-end jeweller. Their knowledge and advice was second to none and I knew, hand on heart, I could implicitly trust them.
