Its my first experience buying on these shop and I went to see if I can return and change. I am not going to waste my time if did not see on the receipt about the Return Policy or what so ever. I am very disappointed the lady told me I am not allowed to return because its been used and also for some health issues . But how come it doesn't say in the policy once it used are not allowed.

Entered the shop about 10 mins, nobody served us, even customers came after us already got served.

I rarely leave reviews. I have given only 1 star because of customer service, not because of product. When I came into the store one staff member was serving a young lady who was choosing a ring. The other staff member was laughing a talking to a mother and 2 young girls. I thought that was nice; good customer service at the end of their sale. They continued to talk for another 10 minutes as I stood at the counter. Then the staff member goes to the back to get a selection of bracelets for the mother to choose from. But what really irritated me was after they eventually left she doesn't acknowledge me at all. Looks past me and asks other customers(that had just arrived) who was next.

Probably one of my worst service experiences ever. I walked in here with my fiance to purchase wedding gifts for her bridesmaids. Both staff ignored us when we walked in and didn't even acknowledge us with eye contact, and we were the only customers in the store. The only acknowledgement of our existence was a half-hearted offer for help called out to the back of our heads as we were walking out the door. Absolute joke. I worked in retail and counter sales for 10 years and would never have treated a customer this way. Pathetic. We'll never be back & have spent a good $1000 elsewhere.
