John, fantastic to deal with. Amazing he's so down to earth knowing he's the owner as well. Do yourself a favour and go to the showroom. Beautiful designs with fantastic range of leather sofas. Believe me I've been researching leather sofas and I've never seen such good value!!

Good value recliners. Pretty good when it comes to sales, but terrible when it comes to actually providing the furniture. Our order was given an ETA of a month after we purchased it. After waiting for more than a month, we were told it got delayed for another month. The cycle went on until 4 months have passed (note: order purchased Dec 2020 and it's already May 2021 no delivery made yet). We tried to be patient and understand them using Covid as an excuse. What we hate is that the lack of honesty and transparency. Recently we've been informed that the shipment arrived in Melbourne and within a week should be delivered to us. 2 weeks passed and we still dont have it. We gave them another call and to our surprise, the guy said the shipment is coming in 5 days. So we still have to wait another week for delivery. In short, we still havent received the furniture.

I visited this furniture store today and have to say it was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. At around 2pm I came in with my baby and toddler and we were the only customers inside. A blonde lady could only manage to say hi" and then that was it. She went MIA. She was too lazy to move herself away from the counter and see if I needed any assistance. Since I had my two small children with me perhaps she assumed I couldn't afford any of the furniture. Little did she know I was there to furnish my house and had plenty to spend. They had really modern furniture that suited mine and my husband's style and there were a couple of pieces that I really was interested in purchasing. However
