went in January with a dreadful toothache, they accommodated me with an appointment straight away.The dentist was honest and very gentle.The price was around what I expected.All in all really good and I will be back.

Today I rang this practice to ensure they had a Hicaps Machine for Private Health Insurance and if their dentist that was a preferred provider was definitely at this practice. I spoke with Ann who is apparently the practice manager and asked her for a starting price for a single tooth extraction, which started at $155 and can go up depending on the quality of the tooth and gum etc. I have thanked Ann and said sorry, my dentist only charges $90 per tooth. My tone was in hope to offer advice on what is available elsewhere and trigger her interest. Ann has patronised me and simply said 'I don't think so'. This has offended me as I said to her that I know this for a fact as that is exactly what I paid for two wisdom teeth to be extracted. She has been quite rude and I've been offended. I explained that is no way to treat a potential patient that lives within a small radius of the practice. She has hung up on me. I rang back and asked to speak with the practice manager which she has advised was herself. I have said that hanging up on someone is not how you should conduct yourself in business and she has advised that I was getting too defensive. I did on my second phone call because she had been so rude on the first phone call. This is terrible customer service. I don't recommend anyone goes here unless they plan on not speaking with anyone at all. I cannot speak for the standard of their work but I can say that their people skills are disgusting.

Went there with a voucher from qld health for a toothache and left with a different tooth fixed but still had toothache oh a a quote for a plate for $2500

We have been going to Dr Roebuck at Forest Lake Dental for many years. He is a fantastic dentist and we highly recommend him as he is gentle, professional and thorough. He always gives us the options without the upselling.

The nicest & most caring dentist I’ve been to. Had an emergency this morning and needed to get my partner seen ASAP. The receptionist Stacey shuffled patients around to get us seen within an hour or so and our service was discounted to get the treatment needed. They quote you at every step and are so lovely. Thank you again!!!

Had an emergency extraction done by the dentist (Jacob Jun-Woo Song) and he did the best job and made me feel calm. Would recommend 10/10

Had my wisdom tooth removed today was very quick pain free the staff were awesome and service was 110% will definitely return.

Disappointing. First visit to this dental surgery went well, fantastically even. The second time around I saw Dr Tran and... I will not be seeing Dr Tran again. Talked fast, would not give me a clear answer on some very vital questions despite my asking repeatedly, spoke down to me for having a phobia of dentists (which is now worse thanks to him) and his bed manner is all around subpar.
